1) Our Residence Villasabella is equipped and updated to accommodate tourists in compliance with the anti COVID-19 rules. Upon arrival immediately communicate the general information and the telephone number.
2) Guests must frequently wash and disinfect their hands with special detergents. Keep the room and the surrounding environment clean.
3) Guests are asked to wear masks especially in confined spaces or public places. Avoid contacts less than 2 meters. Avoid gatherings and always keep social distances of about 2 meters.
4) No other persons may enter the rooms other than those destined and registered for that accommodation. It is strictly forbidden to enter other people's rooms or visit friends in adjacent rooms or in the same building.
5) If a guest complains of malaise or fever, he must stay in the room and notify the manager of the Residence via telephone at n. 0030-6945453246.
6) Please note that room cleaning must comply with the standards indicated by the Hellenic Ministry of Health. The change of sheets and towels takes place every 3 days. Specific cleaning and antibacterial products are used to clean the accommodation (for the bathrooms, 100 ° bleach and steam jets are used). During the cleaning of the rooms the windows will remain open to allow for the exchange of air.
7) Check-in takes place at 15 and check-out at 11.

Που θα μεινετε...
Τα επιπλωμενα διαμερισματα μας ευρισκονται στην περιοχη Λιβαδι−Μουζακι, σε ενα στρατηγηκο μερος για να επισκεφτητε ολο το νησι. Απεχουμε περιπου 5 Κμ απο την πολι και 1,5 Κμ απο του Λαγανα. Το μερος που ειναι τα διαμερισματα ειναι ησυχο, περιφραγμενο με παρκιν, μα και στο κεντρο. Κοντα μας υπαρχουν πισινες, εστιατορια, σουπερ μαρκετ....
Οι ιδιοκτητες ειναι ελληνο−ιταλοι και γνωριζουν πολυ καλα το νησι, καθονται διπλα απο τα διαμερισματα, ετσι θα μπορουν να εικανοποιουν καθε αναγκη σας. Το περιβαλλον ειναι οικογενιακο, φιλοξενο, δηλ. οτι σας χρειαζετε για να απολαυσετε ομορφες και αξεχαστες διακοπες.
Η περιοχη μας ειναι δροσερη και τα διαμερισματα μας καινουργια, οπως
βλεπετε και στις φωτογραφιες στο ιντερνετ (2002), περιποιημενα, μεγαλα, με μια μικρη κουζινα, ψυγειο, μπανιο με ντους, βεραντα, διπλα γυαλια, σιτες, αρκοντισιον.
